All you need is a scallop punch (I have used my stampin up one), scissors, adhesive, cardstock, divine twine (about 1/2 mtr) and a button, bling or similar to finish off the top.
1) Punch your scallop and secure your twine to the back with a little bit of adhesive
2) Wrap your twine around your scallop embellishment in a clockwise direction
3) Finish off with a little bit of tape and trim the end
4) To finish add the embellishment of your choice, I've used a button, but you could add bling, a small flower etc or just leave it plain, then add it to a layout or card, as an extra little embellishment at a great cost!
